After spending 12 years playing football up to a collegiate level, I’ve grown a special passion for fitness. The confidence and happiness I’ve gained from working out made me want to help others create the best version of themselves. To support my passion for wellness with knowledge about fitness and nutrition, I earned a M.S. in Exercise Science from Concordia University in Chicago.
On a human level, I understand the unique challenges that former athletes face once their career in their sport comes to an end. It’s a difficult transition because it can feel like a loss of structure and accountability. On a professional level, I have the expertise to guide people through their wellness journey.
My services provide a framework created to push you by bringing a familiar structure back into your life with the support of an empathetic coach who wants to truly know you to truly help you.
