IN FITNESS AND BEYOND

Walking off the football field for the last time with my helmet in my left hand and sweat dripping down my face brought me a feeling of unfulfilled potential. I felt as if my hard work did not produce the result I was longing for. Twelve years of passion for the game of football and it ended like this? That didn’t sit right with me. After a few months of filling the void with a lifestyle full of instant gratification, I found myself at rock bottom. 

Laying in my bed after a night out partying, I was in tears as I prayed for direction in the next chapter of my life. I felt God calling me to serve others. This led me to find a new, fresh passion for fitness leading me to an exciting next chapter.

I found, with nutrition and training, I could produce the results from the work I put in. I started to compete in Spartan races, Hyrox races, and bodybuilding competitions. Using this passion and my M.S. in Exercise Science, I decided to start a fitness business to help others improve their lives and find a new purpose after sports. 

I understand the unique challenges that former athletes face once their career in their sport comes to an end. It’s a difficult transition because it can feel like a loss of structure and accountability. That’s why my new purpose is to elevate ex-athletes through a familiar fitness and nutrition structure - helping them tone up, build confidence, and compete in new challenges and endeavors.

As a former athlete myself and a coach to my clients I lead by example. Competing in Bodybuilding, HYROX, and Spartan races, I make sure I am always working towards something with my personal fitness.

The fitness space is saturated with cookie-cutter brands, programs, and coaches. I enjoy having a personal relationship with my clients to get to know who they are as people outside of fitness.

VISION-FOCUSED

Instead of focusing on a quick fix or a 30-day challenge, I focus on where the client wants to take their life long term. I encourage my clients to look down the road and work towards things that may be outside of their comfort zone.
